What are your shipping rates?

 Orders ship from New York and rates are based on shipping weight, size and where you are located in the Contiguous United States. 

 Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

When will I receive my order?

Items are normally shipped Monday - Thursday, via USPS Priority / First-Class Mail, within 1 to 3 business days after your order is processed.  Please ensure your shipping address is correct and allow an additional 1 to 2 days for processing as all items are homemade and most are not heavily stocked for preservation purposes.  Unfortunately, we do not offer any expedited shipping at this time.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you'd like to request a change to an order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed throughout the day, every day. Once an item has gone into production, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped.

Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?

Yes. Enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. If you'd like to include a message with your gift, please do so in the "Additional Comments" section during checkout. Pricing information is never included with any orders.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Naturally, if there is an error on our part, we will promptly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order.
